Delete your account
How to delete your account in All Here!, the app by Blume Labs LLC, and what happens to your data.
In the app
- Open All Here! and tap your profile picture at the top of the screen (Profile).
- In Edit Profile, scroll down and tap Delete Profile.
- Confirm with your password, or sign in again with Apple or Google.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Write to us from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it.
If you signed in with Apple or Google, tell us which one. We may ask you to confirm the request through the email address of your account; with Apple’s “Hide My Email” this is the Apple relay address that forwards emails to you.
We confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days at the latest.
What is deleted
- Account and profile, including profile pictures
- Sign-in sessions
- Devices, encryption keys and push tokens
- Friendships, friend requests and blocks
- Participations and invitations
- Events you organized, including their images and sharing links
- Chat memberships, read receipts and messaging settings
- The record of consent to messaging
- Links to Apple and Google; Sign in with Apple is also revoked at Apple
What is kept
- Messages you sent remain in the chats of the other participants, without your name, until the chat is deleted. Their content stays end-to-end encrypted, except for older messages sent before end-to-end encryption was introduced.
- Notices in group chats that name you (for example “X was added by Y”) remain in those chats until the chat is deleted.
- Reports you made about users, events, messages or chats are kept for 3 years after our decision, without your account identifier and email address; reports of places are kept without a reference to you as long as the place entry exists. Reports about you are kept for 3 years after our decision.
- A record of the deletion (account identifier, time, IP address, number of deleted events; no email address, no content) is kept for 3 years to demonstrate that the account was deleted.
- Server logs are deleted after 7 days at most, crash reports (not linked to your account) after 90 days, and backups as they are replaced.
- Beyond this, data is kept only where the law requires it or where it is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Want the encrypted content of the messages you sent removed from our server first? Use “Delete All Messages” in the messaging settings before you delete your account.
Details are in our Privacy Policy, section 20.
